Boil MAGGI® Noodles for 1 minute in boiling water. Then, soak in cold water until no longer hot and strain to avoid overcooking.
Mix the boiled MAGGI® Noodles with 1 packet of MAGGI® 2 Minute Noodle Tastemaker and rice flour.
Heat cooking oil, fry MAGGI® Noodles until browned.
With the same oil, fry the dal beans and peanuts until brown. Remove from hot oil, strain and set aside.
Leave about 4 tablespoons of cooking oil in the pan, fry the garlic, dried chilies, curry leaves, mixed spices, ginger with MAGGI® Curry Noodle Seasoning 2 Minutes until fragrant. Set aside and let it cool.
Mix the fried MAGGI® Noodles with the Nestle® Gold Corn Flakes, dal and peanuts and stir -fry the spices. Mix well.
