Mix well rice flour, starch flour, potato flour and Maggi® CukupRasa in a bowl with water. Set it aside.

Set up the steamer. Spread the cooking oil on the tray and pour in a ladle of the flour mixture.

Place the shrimp filling and spring onion. Steam for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with NESTLÉ® GOLD™ Cornflakes and roll neatly. Remove from the steamer and place on a plate. Repeat for the rest of mixture.
Sauce Preparation

Boil water. Add Maggi® Oyster Sauce, light soy sauce, thick soy sauce, Maggi® CukupRasa and sugar. Mix well and cook until slightly thickened. Set it aside.
To Serve

Place a roll on a plate, pour the soy sauce. Sprinkle with NESTLÉ® GOLD™ Cornflakes.
