Learn how to prepare this dish using this Classic Mushroom Soup recipe! Start by heating oil and unsalted butter in a pot. Add sliced yellow onion and garlic. Sautee them until they are wilted. Mix in sliced button mushrooms and fry the ingredients until it dries slightly. Next, mix in a bit of dried oregano and black pepper powder. Take the mixture off the heat and let it cool down for a while. Once it is cool enough, grind the mixture with a bit of water. Here you can choose to blend it all until smooth or you can leave some chunks of mushrooms in. It is totally up to you. Then, pour the blended mixture back into the pot and add 2 cups of water. Also, add 2 cubes of MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cubes to enhance the flavors of the soup and let it simmer. Next, add and mix one and a half cups of full cream milk and half a cup of cooking cream.
