Combine chicken breast, turmeric powder and MAGGI® Just Taste ™ until well combined.
Heat oil, fry chicken and set aside.
Remove and leave only 1 tbsp of oil. Saute onion, garlic and lemongrass.
Add in MAGGI Sambal Tumis and MAGGI Tomato Sauce, stir for a while. Add in chicken and water.
Let it simmer for 1 minute and serve.
