Chicken Bubur Lambuk

Step1 of 4: Corn Oil, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Chicken Breast, Dried Shrimps, White pepper
In a pan, sauté onion, garlic, ginger, minced chicken, dried shrimp and white pepper until it turns slightly golden.
Step2 of 4: Water, Rice
Add water and rice and let it boil. Cook on low heat until the rice has the thick, creamy texture of porridge.
Step3 of 4: Coconut Milk, MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube
After the porridge reaches a thick consistency, add in coconut milk and MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube and stir thoroughly. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Step4 of 4: Shallot, thinly sliced and deep fried, Spring Onion, Celery Leaves, Red chili
Add in fried onions, spring onion, soup leaf and red chilli and serve hot.
