Borneo's Special Boiled Dayak Eggplants

Step1 of 4: Dayak Eggplant, Red Onion, Garlic, Red chili, Lemongrass, Smoked Fish, Water, MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock Cube
In a pot, pour in a litre of water. Then, add in the Dayak eggplants, red onions, garlic, red chilli, lemongrass, smoked fish and the MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock Cube.

Allow the ingredients to cook and bring them to a boil.
Step3 of 4
Lower the heat and let the mixture cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Step4 of 4
This eggplant dish goes particularly well with white rice and fried fish.
