Heat oil, stir fry shallots and finely chopped beef. Add egg to make an omelette.

Cover kuali and let the omelette cook over low heat so it remains fluffy in the centre and crispy on the outside.

Once cooked, place omelette on a plate and set aside.
Step4 of 8: Oil, Shallots, Garlic
Heat oil and stir fry shallots and garlic till fragrant.
Step5 of 8: Beef, Bird's Eye Chilli, Cauliflower, Peas, Baby Corn, Red Bell Peppers, Yellow Bell Peppers, Tomato, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, Thick soya sauce, Water, MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Add diced beef, bird's eye chillies, cauliflower, peas, baby corn, red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers and tomatoes. Stir until evenly mixed. Add in MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, dark soy sauce, water and MAGGI® CukupRasa™.
