Step1 of 6: Beef, Ginger, Lemongrass, Water
In a pot, heat up the water with ginger & lemongrass. Add the beef and boil together until tender.
Step2 of 6: Beef
After it is cooked, set aside the beef and slice into 1 cm thick pieces. Using a pestle & mortar, pound the meat into flat pieces. Set aside.
Step3 of 6: Beef, Corn Oil
Heat oil, fry meat until slightly browned. Set aside on kitchen towels.
Step4 of 6: Corn Oil, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander Powder, Dried Chilli, Water, Sweet Soy Sauce, Thick soya sauce, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Tamarind Paste
Stir fry blended ingredients until oil separated. Then add water, sweet soy sauce, dark soy sauce, MAGGI® Cukup Rasa™ and tamarind juice. Stir until the sauce thickens.

Add in the beef and mix it well or until the gravy coats the meat.
