Baked Beef Pasta

Step1 of 8: Cooking Oil, Holland Onions, Garlic, Minced Beef
In the wok, heat up the oil and add the diced Holland onions, garlic and minced beef. Sauté for a while.
Step2 of 8: Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Cayenne Powder, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Water, Carrot, Tomato, Celery, Capsicum
Add the diced carrots, tomato, celery, capsicum, coriander powder, cumin powder, cayenne powder, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and a little bit of water. Set aside.
Step3 of 8: Butter, Flour
In a pot, melt the butter and add the flour. Mix well.
Step4 of 8: Nestlé UHT Low Fat Milk, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Cheese
Gradually add in the milk, keep stirring and mix well. Then, add the cayenne powder, MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and grated cheese.

Preheat oven at 180ºC.

Meanwhile, in a glass dish, spread the cheese sauce, arrange the cooked spaghetti, spoon over the cheese sauce, followed by the sautéed meat sauce. Repeat layers and finally, top it with cheese.

Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes till cheese are bubbly and heated through.
