These stalls serve a type of Indian Muslim cuisine unique to the region. The origins of mamak stalls can be traced back to the 19th century with Indian-Muslim traders visiting the Malay Archipelago for business and trading activities. In a pot, boil the noodles of <a href="https://www.maggi.my/en/our-products/maggi-2-minutes-kari/">MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari</a> without the Tastemaker, then drain it and set it aside.

Next, heat the corn oil in a wok.

When the oil is hot, crack in the egg and add in <a href="https://www.maggi.my/en/our-products/maggi-chilli-sauce/">MAGGI® Chilli Sauce</a>, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup and dark soy sauce. Stir thoroughly.
