Step1 of 6: MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Curry
In a pot, boil the MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari (noodles only without the Tastemaker), drain and set it aside.
Step2 of 6: Corn Oil
Next, heat the corn oil in a wok.
Step3 of 6: Egg, MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, Thick soya sauce
When the oil is hot, crack in the egg and add in MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup and dark soy sauce. Stir thoroughly.
Step4 of 6: MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Curry, Mustard Greens (Sawi), Tomato, Beancurd
When the eggs are cooked, add the noodles that was set aside earlier and the MAGGI® 2-Minutes Kari Tastemaker. Also, add in the mustard greens, tomato and fried beancurd.
Step5 of 6: Prawns
Stir thoroughly to break down the eggs into small bits. Next, add the prawns and allow it to cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Step6 of 6: Lime
Now that your noodles is ready, serve on a plate and place the calamansi on the side. Enjoy!
