Step1 of 4: Cooking Oil, Red Onion, Garlic, Red chili
In a frying pan, heat the cooking oil. Add in the red onions, garlic and red chillies and sauté until they harmonize into a lovely aroma.
Step2 of 4: Water spinach (Kangkung)
Next, toss in your water spinach and sauté for a bit longer.
Step3 of 4: MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Shrimp Paste, Water
Finally, add in the MAGGI® CukupRasa™, shrimp paste and water. Fry on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until the water spinach wilts.

Serve over steamed rice.
