    Marinate prawns with 2 teaspoons of MAGGI® CukupRasa™ for 1-2 hours.

    In a wok, heat cooking oil with 1 tablespoon of butter. Next, fry prawns until cooked. Then, dish out and drain oil with paper towel and leave aside.

    Next, heat remaining butter in the same wok until bubbling, add curry leaves, bird’s eye chilies and fry over medium heat until fragrant.

    Reduce heat to low and carefully add in cereal mix. Fry until cereals turn lightly brown and curry leaves crisp up.

    Toss in prawns and stir fry to mix thoroughly until the cereals turn golden brown.
