    Heat oil. In a bowl, mix flour and corn flour. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.

    Dip chicken in flour, then egg and end flour again. Deep fry until golden brown. Repeat until chicken is finished.

    Next, heat pan, add in oil and stir fry garlic until fragrant. Pour in lemon juice, sugar, water, light soy sauce and MAGGI® CukupRasa™. Let it simmer for 1 minute and pour in corn starch to thicken the sauce.
