Toss of Prosperity' Yee Sang with Maggi Mi Goreng

Step1 of 6: MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken, Lime Juice, Granulated Sugar / Honey, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Plum Sauce
Mix the lime juice, honey, MAGGI® CUKUPRASA™, plum sauce and seasoning from MAGGI ® Ayam in a small bowl to prepare the sauce.
Step2 of 6: Carrot, White Radish
Place a mountain pile of finely shredded carrot and white radish in the middle of a big, round serving plate.
Step3 of 6: Chinese Green Lettuce Leaves, Cucumber, Pomelo, MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Chicken, Pickled Ginger, Red Capsicum, Green Capsicum
Arrange the MAGGI® Ayam noodles around the pile of shredded carrot and white radish, then arrange pomelo and remaining shredded/grated ingredients attractively (different colours) around the centre pile.
Step4 of 6: Salmon Sashimi, Spring Onion, Coriander Leaves, Lime
Arrange salmon sashimi on a small round plate. Top with some shredded spring onion and coriander leaves. Squeeze lime juice over the sashimi.
Step5 of 6: Sesame Oil, White pepper, Five Spice Powder, Peanuts, White Sesame Seeds, Nestlé Honey Gold Flakes
To serve, pour sesame oil and the sauce over the arranged ingredients. Sprinkle on white pepper, five spice powder, sesame seeds, peanuts and NESTLÉ Gold Flakes. Add in the sashimi slices.

Toss the Yee Sang using chopsticks, as high as possible while saying ‘prosperity greetings’ out loud to wish everyone for the year.
