Heat the cooking oil, fry the onion, chopped garlic, bird's eye chili, knocked lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves until fragrant.
Add sliced squid and shrimp. Mix well.
Add the chopped carrots, French beans and baby corn. Mix well.
Add the white rice and sprinkle with MAGGI Tom Yam Soup Cubes. Mix well.
Sprinkle with spring onion and fried onions. Ready to be served.
