Succulent Fish and Chips

Step1 of 4: Russet Potatoes, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Oil
Cut potato into thin wedges, sprinkle oil and MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and bake it in the oven for 35 minutes.
Step2 of 4: Pollock / Dory Fillets, Self-Rising Flour, Water, MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock Cube
Slice fish into large chunks and set aside. In a separate mixing bowl, mix together flour, water and one MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock Cube. Whisk the batter until it is completely smooth and free of any lumps.
Step3 of 4: Self-Rising Flour, Water, MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock Cube, Breadcrumbs
Dip fish into batter, then roll in breadcrumbs. Pan-fry until golden brown.
Step4 of 4: Lemon Juice, Light Mayonnaise, MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, Black Pepper, Gherkin
Mix together the ingredients for the tartar sauce and serve up with fries and fish.
