Before you start cooking, prepare your ingredients by washing the vegetables and chopping them into stalks and pieces for easier cooking. Firstly, add in the cooking oil and stir-fry the cauliflower, baby corn, carrots, long beans and tempeh until fragrant. Next, pour in some water and add MAGGI® CukupRasa™ for some flavour. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally for about 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Finally, turn down the heat and transfer the mixed vegetables onto a plate and serve hot!
