Firstly, allow the fish to defrost. Then, gut and clean it before washing it under running water.

Next, pat the fish dry with paper towels and make 2 diagonal slits on each side of the fish.

Then, rub the fish with MAGGI® CUKUPRASA™ and place it on a heatproof deep dish. Allow the fish to marinate for 1 hour.

When the fish is ready, arrange the ginger over the fish.

Then, in a bowl, mix the MAGGI® Liquid Seasoning, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, MAGGI® CUKUPRASA™ and water together.

Pour the seasoning over the fish and place the dish into a steamer. Steam the fish on high heat for 15 minutes or until the fish is thoroughly cooked.

While the fish is steaming, get a sauce pan and fry the minced garlic in some cooking oil until golden brown.

Pour the fried garlic oil into a small bowl and mix it together with sesame oil.

Next, remove the fish from the steamer, pour the fried garlic oil and sesame oil over the steamed fish. Finally, garnish with some coriander leaves and spring onions and serve immediately.
