Spread the butter on the sliced bread. Set aside

In a pan, saute onion, garlic and minced chicken until fragrant. Add curry powder and 1 teaspoon MAGGI CukupRasa. Saute until dry.

In a bowl, break the eggs, mix well with 1 tablespoon MAGGI CukupRasa.

Combine the egg mixture with the minced chicken.

Pour the egg with minced chicken over a hot pan and place the bread on top of the egg batter. Press it down so the bread absorbs some of the juices and eggs and the mixture will stick to the bread too.

After 1-2 minutes, flip the bread to heat up the other side. Set aside and sprinkle with cabbage and carrots. Add Maggi Chili Sauce and mayonnaise to serve.
