Silk Tofu with Oyster Sauce and Crispy Dried Shrimps

Step1 of 5: Tofu
Steam the tofu for 8-10mins.
Step2 of 5: Dried Shrimps
Fry up the dried shrimps till crispy and set aside.
Step3 of 5: MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, Thick soya sauce, Red chili
Combine the shallot oil, shrimp oil, soy sauce and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce together with the red chili.

Drain excess water from the tofu, pour the sauce over and garnish with the spring onion.
