Step1 of 4: Ginger, Shallots, Corn Oil, Cinnamon Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Aniseed Powder, Paprika
In a pan, sauté the ginger, shallot, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, aniseed powder and paprika together in corn oil until fragrant.
Step2 of 4: Basmati Rice
Next, stir fry the rice grains with the spices until it is well blended. Then, remove it from the heat.

Pour the rice you’ve just made into the rice cooker and mix together with NESTLÉ Greek Yogurt Natural, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, black raisins, carrots, water, coriander leaves and cashew nuts. Stir to combine and allow the rice to cook
