Kailan with Grilled Prawn

Step1 of 4: Garlic, Bird's Eye Chilli, Coriander Root, Fish Sauce, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Lime Juice, Honey / Brown Sugar
In a mortar, pound garlic, bird's eye chili, coriander root, fish sauce, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, lime juice and honey/brown sugar until well mix.
Step2 of 4: Prawns, Garlic, Bird's Eye Chilli, Coriander Root, Fish Sauce, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Lime Juice, Honey / Brown Sugar
In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp of sauce with the prawns.
Step3 of 4: Prawns
Heat pan or griller, grill the marinated prawn until well done.
Step4 of 4: Kailan, Carrot
Mix kailan and carrot with the remaining sauce and top with hot grill prawn.
