    Heat oil and stir fry the pounded ingredients till fragrant.

Pound shallots, garlic, bird's eye chilli, red chillies, green chillies, belacan and anchovies until finely crushed. Set aside.

Heat oil and stir fry the pounded ingredients till fragrant.
