Flavoursome Kelantanese Chicken Curry

Step1 of 5: Red chili, Garlic, Ginger, Shallots, Chilli Paste
Firstly, blend the red chillies, garlic, ginger, shallots and chilli paste together in a blender.
Step2 of 5: Ghee, Corn Oil, Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Aniseed Powder, Red chili, Garlic, Ginger, Shallots, Chilli Paste
In a crock pot, heat up the ghee and corn oil. Add in chilli powder, cumin powder, aniseed powder and the paste you’ve just made. Sauté the ingredients until the oil separates.
Step3 of 5: MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube, Water, Chicken Meat
Next, add in MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube, water and the chicken meat. Stir well for 3 minutes.
Step4 of 5: Natural Fat Free Yogurt, Black Raisins, Roasted Coconut Paste
When the mixture starts bubbling, stir in the NESTLÉ Greek Yogurt Natural, black raisins and the roasted coconut paste. Let it boil and simmer for 15 minutes or until it’s thickened up a bit.
