Heat up pot, add in cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves, cardamom, red onion, garlic and ginger. Stir fry till mushy.

Add chicken, water, and bring to a boil.
Step3 of 3: Celery, Carrot, Potato, Tomato, Onion, MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube, Parsley
Add in celery stalks, carrots, potato, tomatoes, red onion, MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube and parsley. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
