Chef Muluk’s Tilapia Pansuh

Step1 of 5: Tilapia Fish, Ginger, Garlic, Red Onion, Galangal, Lemongrass, Wild Ginger Flower, Kesum Leaves, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Bird's Eye Chilli, Sweet Potato Leaves
Mix the chopped fish with ginger, garlic, onion, galangal, lemongrass, Wild ginger flowers, kesum leaves, MAGGI® CukupRasa ™, Bird’s eye chillies and half of your sweet potato leaves.
Step2 of 5: Sweet Potato Leaves
Put all ingredients into a covered pot, with remaining sweet potato leaves on top.

Cook over medium heat until steam rises from the lid.
Step4 of 5
Reduce heat and simmer it for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
