Chef Muluk’s MAGGI Sambal Tumis Omelette

Step1 of 5
Start by blanching the MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari without the tastemaker for 2 minutes. Strain the water and leave it aside.
Step2 of 5
Combine MAGGI® noodles with MAGGI® Kari Tastemaker, MAGGI® Sambal Tumis Paste, onions, garlic, red chillies, long beans, scallion and eggs.
Step3 of 5
In a frying pan, heat up the oil and pour in the mixture of ingredients.
Step4 of 5
Fry the mixture on low heat for approx. 2 minutes, turn over and cook everything till it’s nice and crispy.
