Rub the chicken with turmeric powder and MAGGI CukupRasa. Heat oil and fry until golden.
In another skillet, heat the cooking oil, fry the sliced garlic, sliced onion, sliced ginger and knocked lemongrass.
Add the coriander, cumin and cumin that have been pounded. Mix well.
Add sweet soy sauce, thick soy sauce, MAGGI Oyster sauce, black pepper and water. Simmer until fairly thick.
Add the fried chicken, rice chilli, red chilli and scallions and sprinkle with MAGGI CukupRasa. Mix well.
