Heat frying pan and add in ghee. Sauté onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add MAGGI Briyani Paste, sauté for a while then add in chicken. Cook the chicken until changes color.

Add the basmathi rice and mix for a while. Transfer all ingredients to an electric cooker.

Pour in the water, add tomatoes then let it cook.

After cooking, sprinkle with mint leaves, cashew nuts and fried onions.
