Heat the pot, then add in cooking oil.
Put the red chillies, garlic, shallots and turmeric into a martar and pound it. Then, pour the ingredients into the pot and stir.
Add tamarind juice.
Arrange the cleaned fish into the pot.
Add the young green mango and place it over the fish. Then sprinkle MAGGI® CukupRasa ™.
Let it simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
