20-Minute Egg Sambal

Step1 of 3: Corn Oil, Dried Chilli, Belacan, Shallots
Blend dried chillies, toasted shrimp paste and shallots until it turns into a smooth paste. Heat oil and stir fry blended ingredients until oil separates.
Step2 of 3: Water, Dried Tamarind Slice, Sugar, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Lemongrass
After everything is well mixed, stir in water, dried tamarinds, sugar, MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and lemongrass.
Step3 of 3: Boiled eggs
Cut the eggs into half before serving. Serve hot.
