    Heat the oil. Saute shallots, ginger and garlic. dd in the rice grains and turn off the heat immediately. Mix well.

    Place sautéed ingredients into a rice cooker and add in water, coconut milk Milk, MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and mix thoroughly. Add in pandan leaves and let it cook.
  • Preparation for Anchovy Sauce

    Heat oil, sauté the onion and add MAGGI® Sambal Tumis Paste. Mix well.

    Add water, anchovies, tamarind paste and sugar. Allow it to simmer and cook through.
