Rub the prawn with turmeric powder and MAGGI CukupRasa. Fry the prawns until half cooked and set aside.
Fry large red onion, garlic, ground ginger and MAGGI Sambal until fragrant and oil has separate.
Add the curry powder, curry leaves and dried tamarind slice and put a little water. Cook until the oil separated.
Add the fried prawn with roasted coconut paste, sugar and MAGGI CukupRasa. Mix well and ready to serve.
