Tepus Fried Rice

Step1 of 4: Galangal, Shallots, Raw, Bird's Eye Chilli, Garlic, raw, Oil, Corn And Canola, Anchovy, minus head and entrail, dried, raw
Sauté anchovies. Set aside. Using the same oil, sauté garlic, red onions, bird's eye chilli and tepus.
Step2 of 4: Rice (cooked), Egg, whole, raw, fresh
Add in rice and crack in the egg. Combine well.
Step3 of 4: Sweet Leaf, MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Stir in the crushed cangkuk manis and MAGGI® CukupRasa™.
Step4 of 4: Anchovy, minus head and entrail, dried, raw
Sprinkle in the anchovies and serve fried rice while hot.
