Simple Grilled Fish With Petai

Step1 of 7: Cooking Oil, Shallots, Garlic, Dried Chilli, Water
Heat oil and sauté blended ingredients until oil separates. Set it aside when done.
Step2 of 7
Make a pouch shaped like a boat using aluminium foil to place the fish in.
Step3 of 7: Lemongrass, Cooked Sambal, MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Add sambal, lemongrass, MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and mix throughly together.
Step4 of 7
Coat fish with the ingredients and place the fish into the aluminium pouch.
Step5 of 7: Petai Beans, Kencur
Stuff the aromatic ginger (kencur) into the fish and sprinkle the petai beans over the fish.
Step6 of 7: Lime Juice
Before grilling the fish, squeeze lime juice over it for a sourish taste. Seal the aluminium pouch.

Heat the pan and grill fish over it for 20-25 minutes or grill in the oven.
