Real Fast Fried Bee Hoon

Step1 of 5: Corn Oil, Shallots, Garlic, Prawns, Squid, Chicken Breast
Heat wok. Stir fry shallots, garlic, shrimp, squid and chicken breast for 2 minutes.
Step2 of 5: Carrot, Mustard Greens (Sawi), Beehoon, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Vinegar
Combine MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and white vinegar and add in to the wok, along with the noodles and vegetables.

Cook for 3 minutes until the ingredients are well combined.

Meanwhile, prepare sambal by combining bird's eye chilli, sweet soy sauce, MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and hot water.
Step5 of 5: Spring Onion, Red chili, Lime
Add garnishing and serve hot.
