Boil the meat until tender.
To cook the rice, melt ghee, fry cinnamon stick, star anise, cardamom and cloves until fragrant.
Add sliced shallots, garlic and ginger. Fry until fragrant.
Add the Kurma powder. Fry until the oil breaks.
Add the boiled meat, mix well.
Add rice, MAGGI CukupRasa and pandan leaves. Mix well.
Pour into a rice cooker, add beef stock and tomato, mix well and let the rice cook.
To make sambal kerisik, grind red chilli, rice chilli, belacan, tamarind and palm sugar using beef stock. Pour into a bowl.
Add the kerisik, MAGGI CukupRasa, tomatoes and onions. Mix well.
