Heat the oil. Saute shallots, ginger and garlic. dd in the rice grains and turn off the heat immediately. Mix well.
Place sautéed ingredients into a rice cooker and add in water, NESTLÉ Just Milk Full Cream Milk, MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and mix thoroughly. Add in pandan leaves and let it cook.
Heat oil, sauté the onion and add MAGGI® Sambal Tumis Paste. Mix well.
Add water, anchovies, tamarind paste and sugar. Allow it to simmer and cook through.
Serve the rice with sambal and garnish with eggs, cucumber and toasted peanuts.
