Preparation for Nasi Lemak of 5: Coconut Oil, Shallots, Ginger, Garlic, Rice
Heat the oil. Saute shallots, ginger and garlic. dd in the rice grains and turn off the heat immediately. Mix well.
Step2 of 5: Water, Nestlé UHT Low Fat Milk, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Pandan leaf
Place sautéed ingredients into a rice cooker and add in water, NESTLÉ Just Milk Full Cream Milk, MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and mix thoroughly. Add in pandan leaves and let it cook.
Preparation for Anchovy Sauce of 5: Oil, Red Onion, MAGGI® Sambal Tumis
Heat oil, sauté the onion and add MAGGI® Sambal Tumis Paste. Mix well.
Step4 of 5: Anchovies, Tamarind Paste, Water, Sugar
Add water, anchovies, tamarind paste and sugar. Allow it to simmer and cook through.
Step5 of 5: Egg, Cucumber, Peanut
Serve the rice with sambal and garnish with eggs, cucumber and toasted peanuts.
