Grilled Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

In a bowl, marinate chicken thigh, garlic, black pepper, Italian herbs and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce for 30 minutes.
Step2 of 5
Heat up flat pan with 1 teaspoon cooking oil, fry the chicken thigh until golden brown and cook. Set aside.
Step3 of 5
In a different wok, add butter, sauté the Holland onion and garlic until aromatic.
Step4 of 5
Add button mushrooms and black pepper. Mix until somewhat withered, add flour and mix well.
Step5 of 5
Add low fat milk and Homemade MAGGI® Chicken Stock.
