Fried Longevity Noodle With Seafood

Step1 of 4: Prawns, Squid, Fish Fillet, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, MAGGI® Homemade Chicken Stock, Pepper, Sugar, Sesame Oil
Clean the seafood. Thoroughly coat it in the marinade and let it marinate for 30 minutes or 2 hours.
Step2 of 4: Prawns, Squid, Fish Fillet, Cooking Oil, Garlic, Black Mushrooms, Carrot
Heat oil, stir-fry garlic, mushroom and carrot until fragrant. Add in seafood and continue to stir-fry until well cooked.
Step3 of 4: Longevity Noodle, Bean sprouts, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, Thick Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, MAGGI® Homemade Chicken Stock, Sugar, Pepper, Water
Add in noodles and bean sprout. Stir in all the seasoning and continue to stir-fry the noodles until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Step4 of 4: Spring Onion, Red chili, Fried Shallots
Once done, garnish with spring onion, red chilli and fried shallots and serve.
