Grind onion, garlic and ginger with water until smooth.
Heat cooking oil, sauté cinnamon stick, star anise and cardamom until fragrant.
Mix the ground ingredients with the curry powder and fry for a while.
Add MAGGI® Sambal Tumis, saute until the oil breaks.
Add chicken and potatoes, stir until half cooked. Add water, simmer for a while.
Enter MAGGI® Cukup Rasa. Stir well and simmer until the oil rises to the surface. Ready to be served.
