Heat cooking oil, sauté cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, onion slices and knocked lemongrass until fragrant.

Add the onion, garlic and ginger that have been ground. Saute until dry.

Add curry powder and MAGGI® Sambal Tumis, saute until oil breaks.

Remove 2 tablespoons of paste, cool and mix with Harvest Gourmet Stir Fry Mince and MAGGI® CukupRasa. Mix well and shape into balls.

Add water, tamarind slice, sugar, MAGGI® Chicken Starch Cubes. Simmer until well combined.

Add the Stir Fry Mince balls, coconut milk and fried tofu. Mix well and simmer until the oil rises.

To serve, place some of the blanched yellow noodles, pour the gravy along with the balls, place the long beans and the blanched eggplant. Serve with lime.
