Grind onion, garlic, ginger, live turmeric and cilipadi until fine.
Put all the ground ingredients into a pot with the chicken, turmeric leaves and knocked lemongrass. Let it simmer until the chicken is half cooked. Add water and let it simmer.
Add coconut milk, MAGGI CukupRasa, sour slices and sugar. Let it simmer until cooked through over low heat. Mix often to avoid coconut milk to split. Ready to be served.
