    Heat cooking oil, fry cinnamon stick, star anise, clove and cardamom until fragrant.

    Add coriander powder, cumin powder, white cumin powder and white pepper powder. Fry until the oil breaks.

    Add chicken meat, water, MAGGI Chicken Cubes and MAGGI CukupRasa. Simmer until the oil rises. Remove the chicken from the soup and shred.

    Sauté shallots, garlic, coriander powder, fennel powder and cumin powder until fragrant.

    Add the minced chicken, fry well. Let it cool.

    Mash the boiled potatoes, add stir-fried chicken, MAGGI CukupRasa, fried onions and Chinese parsley. Mix well.

    Grind, garlic, bird eye's chili and sweet soy sauce until combined. Add the squeeze of lime juice. Mix well.
